I prefer my zombies fast! Otherwise there isn't much danger....you know, beyond the initial adjustment to the dead rising. Slow zombies just aren't a threat (like in Fido). Fast zombies, however, can tear down civilization as we know it.

I like slow zombies. Mostly because that's how I picture "real" zombies. I just think that the whole idea about fast zombies is strange.

I like a few fast zombies thrown in the mix just to up the ante. Slo zombies will eventually overwhlem you, which in itself is a very scary concept for me, but a fast zombie will zip and scare the livin' daylights out of you with no warning. I like both of 'em.

Why ?
Because I am a traditionalist and zombies always walked with a slow but implacable tread and were upon you before you knew it.
Fast zombies just don't work for me.

I'm assuming I'm going to have to face my choice during the zombie apocalypse. I've mentioned elsewhere that I make the choice picturing a wolf running circles around a slow moving herd of sheep. Then I picture a person running across the yard engulfed in a swarm of hornets. I'll pick a slow moving horde and I'll be the wolf, picking off one by one.

I think I prefer slow zombies.. as people have said it makes it easier to outrun them, and it just seems more likely to me. If you're undead and falling apart I don't think you'd be sprinting around. Maybe that's just me.

I like my zombies slow. It at least gives you hope that you have a chance for escape. The slowness is what makes zombies...zombies. I expect brainless, flesh eating, undead creatures to be slow.
